When you browse our website or place an order, you’re agreeing to the terms laid out below — so we kindly ask you to give them a read.
This site is run by Blessed Blooms, and everything here — from our product listings to the way we handle your orders — is offered with love and care, as long as you agree to the terms below. If something ever changes, we’ll update this page. Feel free to check in from time to time.
1. Using Our Website
By using this site, you confirm that you're of legal age to do so, or that you have permission from a grown-up if you’re not. Our flowers and services are meant to be enjoyed responsibly — so please don’t use them for anything illegal or shady.
No bugs, viruses, or mischief, please. If we suspect any misuse, we may have to say goodbye and end your access.
2. Store Details & Shopify
We use Shopify to power our online store — it’s a trusted platform that helps us securely deliver blooms to your doorstep. Your information and payment details are protected, and your credit card info is always encrypted.
3. Product Info
We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately—but flowers are natural, and small variations in colour or shape can happen. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to reach out before placing an order!
4. Pricing & Availability
Our prices may change from time to time based on seasons, flower availability, or other magical market forces. We also reserve the right to discontinue or adjust any product without notice. If something you ordered is no longer available, we’ll be in touch to offer options.
5. Orders & Billing
We may limit or cancel orders if something seems off (like multiple orders from the same address or suspected resellers). Please double-check your billing and shipping info before checking out so we can get everything right.
6. If Things Don’t Go As Planned
We work hard to make every delivery smooth. But if your flowers arrive looking tired or there’s a hiccup with your order, just drop us a note within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right 💖

Sometimes we link to other websites or tools. While we only share what we think is helpful, we can’t control how those third parties work — so please use them at your own discretion.
