Shipping Policy
We believe receiving flowers should feel like a hug in a vase—smooth, fuss-free, and right on time.
Here’s how we make it happen:
📍 Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across most parts of sunny Singapore unless it's restricted areas (Army Camps, Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin). If you're unsure whether your location is within our delivery range, just drop us a quick message and we’ll check for you.
🚚 Delivery Schedule
We deliver Monday to Saturday (excluding Public Holidays).
Orders are typically sent out between 11am and 7pm—as much as we’d love to give you a precise time, our routes depend on the day’s orders and traffic conditions.
We know it’s tempting to request a specific time, but to keep our delivery affordable (and stress-free for our drivers!), we’re unable to accommodate fixed-time deliveries. You are most welcome to arrange your own courier to pick up from us if you need your orders urgently.

🎁 Gifting Etiquette
Sending blooms as a surprise? We got you!
We don’t include invoices in our packages, and our delivery partners will handle your gifts with care. Only the flowers and gift card will be delivered to the recipient.
If no one is home, we’ll leave the flowers at the door or with a neighbour/security guard if it’s safe to do so. We will also send a text to the recipient (without photo as we would want to keep the surprise!) The delivery proof will be sent to you instead.
📦 Redelivery
If the address is incorrect or no one is around to receive the flowers (and we can't put them in a safe place), a redelivery of $15 is required to be fair to our drivers to make a second trip.
To avoid delivery delays, our driver will stay a maximum of 15 mins at each location before moving on. Unfortunately we wouldn't be able to stay and wait for your recipient to be home to receive the flowers, thank you for understanding!
