Return & Exchange Policy
At Blessed Blooms, we believe flowers should bring joy—not stress! While we wish we could offer a “try before you buy” option, flowers don’t quite work like clothes. (We're still dreaming up a floral fitting room)
Every bloom, fresh or everlasting, is thoughtfully arranged to bring beauty and delight into your space. Once your flowers arrive, they’re yours to love. We don’t accept returns, but we hope they bloom their way into your heart!
If Something’s Not Right:
Should your blooms arrive looking less than fabulous (maybe a sleepy rose or a rumpled petal), let us know within 24 hours. We’ll make it right, because your happiness is our top priority.
Changed Your Mind?
1. If your order hasn’t been prepared or delivered yet and you’d like to change the recipient or delivery date, we’re happy to help. While we don’t offer refunds for unfulfilled orders, we can postpone delivery or update the details—just get in touch at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll sort it out. You can reschedule your delivery for up to 1 month from the original date.
2. However, if the flowers are out for delivery with our drivers, we can only change the location or arrange a redelivery the next working day. You may also opt to do self-pick up at our studio!
