📦 ORDERING & DELIVERY
1. How do I place an order?
Simply head to our website, www.blessedblooms.sg , select the weekly blooms, add your recipient’s details, and check out. It takes less than 2 minutes—fuss-free and convenient!
2. When do you deliver?
We deliver everyday between 11am – 7pm! Reach out to us for your last min orders and we will try our best to make you and your recipient’s day!
3. Can I choose a specific delivery time?
To keep things affordable, we offer free islandwide delivery within a standard delivery window. For specific time slots, we currently do not offer express delivery, but we’re working on it! If you need the flowers urgently, you can always choose to self-collect or call a grab delivery.
4. How much is delivery?
Delivery is FREE! We believe in making gifting fuss-free and affordable so there are no hidden charges except for special areas such as Sentosa.
5. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across most areas in mainland Singapore as long as delivery personnels are allowed. Places like Sentosa will incur an extra charge of $20.
Unfortunately there will be no delivery to:
Restricted Delivery Zones
Tuas area including Benoi Sector, Pioneer and Tuas industrial
Changi Airport Terminal including Jewel and Changi Industrial areas
Army Camps
Offshore islands such as Pulau Ubin, Jurong Island

6. Do you deliver to hospitals, offices or schools?
Yes! Just make sure the recipient is available and able to receive flowers personally, as we don’t leave flowers at reception without confirmation.
7. What if no one is home to receive the flowers?
We will try to contact the recipient or sender and leave the flowers in a safe place! In the event there is no place to leave the flowers, there will be a $15 re-delivery the next day. To be fair to our drivers and the rest of our customers, our drivers will wait a maximum of 15 mins before moving on to the delivery.
8. What if I need to change delivery details after the order is out with the driver?
We will try our best to accommodate to your request but in the event the change of address is in a different zone, we will only be able to redeliver the next day.

9. What kind of flowers will I get?
Each week, we feature a Signature Weekly Blooms using fresh, seasonal flowers. Designs are revealed every Monday morning by 11am on social media. If you are looking for something special, you can always opt for our Bespoke Blooms, catered just for you!
10. Can I choose the flower type or colour?
We offer one design a week. Our concept keeps it simple: one beautiful design per week. Trust us—you’ll love it. Do consider our Bespoke Blooms if you are looking for something different!
We also offer our weekly blooms in different sizes: Classic, Lux and Grande to suit your needs

11. Are your flowers fresh?
Absolutely. We source our flowers fresh daily and condition them before crafting your bouquet. Proper care can help them last 5–7 days or more.
12. Do you offer preserved or dried flowers?
Yes! Our preserved and dried flowers range changes seasonally so please check our website for updates!
💌 GIFTING & CUSTOM NOTES
13. Can I include a message with my blooms?
Yes! At checkout, write a message and we’ll include in our signature palm sized note card—no extra charge. We accept Chinese language too!
14. Will the recipient know who the flowers are from?
Only if you include your name in the card. Otherwise, it's a mystery 💌
15. Can I send anonymously?
Yes. Just leave the name out and enjoy the surprise moment. We will keep your identity a secret and will always ask for permission to reveal your name in the event your recipient reaches out.

16. Do you do flowers for weddings, events or corporate gifting?
Yes! For bespoke floral styling, event blooms or branded gifting, drop us an email at hello@blessedblooms.sg and we’ll tailor something special.
17. Can I pre-order for a special date?
Yes, just drop us a message if you'd like to schedule a bloom up to 2 weeks in advance.
🧾 PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
18. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayNow and credit/debit cards via our secure checkout.
19. Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes must be made at least 24 hours before delivery. For same-day or next-day orders, we begin prep immediately and may not be able to accommodate changes.
20. Do you offer refunds?
We don’t offer refunds for delivered bouquets, but if you’re unhappy with your experience, reach out—we’ll always try to make things right.

21. Are your flowers sustainable?
We source responsibly and minimize waste with a single design per week. Packaging is reusable or recyclable wherever possible.
22. Do you support any causes?
Yes, giving back is at the heart of what we do! At Blessed Blooms, we believe flowers are more than just pretty petals, — they’re a way to bless others and spark joy in everyday moments. Through our Flower It
Forward campaign, we use flowers as a form of gratitude and kindness. Whenever we have extra blooms, we bring them out to the streets to surprise frontline and service staff as a small thank-you for all they do.
We also seek out every opportunity to support meaningful causes. In July 2025, we joined a group of mumpreneurs to Run for Good — raising awareness and funds for Fashion for Cancer. Together with Ruth’s
family, Blessed Blooms contributed $4,056 to support their mission. We strongly believe kindness, like flowers, should be passed on.

21. Who runs Blessed Blooms?
Our founder Ruth is a mom, foster mom, dog mom to a naughty husky and a flower lover. She started this business to make it easier (and more affordable) to send meaningful, beautiful flowers for everyday moments. She founded The Bloom Box earlier and now is on to Blessed Blooms as her second venture with the focus to be a blessing to others with beautiful flowers.
